Research Proposal on Leadership Behavior
The topic of the research will be on the concept and context of leadership behavior in the working environment. Despite of all the information that different sources have obtained, this paper will also give contemporary and updated evidences and justifications on leadership behavior as it plays an important aspect in understanding and analyzing the performance of a team. To be able to understand the concept and context of leadership, we first need to identify the meaning of this term.
According to research, Leadership is a process by which a person influences others to accomplish an objective and directs the organization in a way that makes it more cohesive and coherent (Concepts of Leadership, 2008). Many sources that talks about leadership tells that leadership behavior is very important in analyzing the difficulties of each situation pertaining to the working environment. There are also several factors of leadership such as the follower, leader, communication, and situation that manifests the leadership behavior.
As the research goes on, there will be several perspectives, issues, dilemmas, and probable solutions that will be discussed to be able to create new inputs into the topic.

Conclusion
It will sum up all the information gathered in the paper and will also put some perceptions based on the researches and evidences being gathered.
