Comparison of Two Companies

We  select  two  software  companies. One  is  IBM  United  States  &  the other one  is  Falcon-Software. Both  these  companies  are  software  based companies. They  works  on field  of  software  and  computing.

IBM  is  a  globally  recognized  name  in  the  world  of  computing  &  technology. Having  a  class  on  its  own  management  system. The  corporate  affairs  &  management  is  done  from  Armonk, New York. Some  statistics  to  make  you  clear  that  why  IBM  has  got  the  world  class  management  system. Here  are  the stats  to refer: IBM  has  got  revenue  of around : $98.8 billion, Its   Net  Income : $10.4 billion, having total assets of : $120.4 billion,

Number  of  employees: 386,558,  Stockholders:585,572. All  this  got  managed  by  the management  system  of IBM. So  its  clear  that  management  system  of IBM  is  simply cannot  be  compared  to  any  other  company.

IBM  recruits  employees  from  all  over  the  world. Specifically  that  they  are  expert  in their  own  fields. This  states  that  IBM   has  a  multicultural  environment  which  is  running  successfully  since  years.

While comparing  Management of this  two  companies  IBM  takes  the  lead  as  also  it  is  a  bigger  company  than  the Falcon’s. The  management  has  to do  bigger  exercise  within IBM. Traditional  ;  contemporary  issues  of  this  companies  are  almost similar as The Falcon’s  is  doing  the  same  exercise but  in  small volume  compare  to  IBM. Both   companies  got  a  good  working  and  social  environment  necessary  for  greater  work  ;  performance. IBM  leads for  this  part  too. IBM  is  comparatively  more  global  than  Falcon-Software  as  Falcon  is  established  very  latter  than  IBM  which  is  working  since  many  years. IBM  works  in  many  country  including  BRIC  ;  almost  many  other  global  countries. We  can  call  IBM  a  global  initiative. IBM  has  got  the  superior  strategic  planning  comparing  Falcon-Software. IBM   gets  higher  marks  in terms  of  good  decision  making  people. IBM  also  leads  Falcon  in  the  terms  of  Innovation  ;  better ideas. We  can  conclude  easily  that  IBMers  has got  lots  of  better  points  to  identify  themselves  apart  from  the  other  software  companies. Falcon-Software  is  also  a  good  company  in  its  own  segment  still  needs  a  better  exercise  in their  respective  field.
